Cancel before we place your order with the warehouse for a full refund. After that, a 15% cancellation fee applies.
Returns
Within 30 days, unused and unassembled, in the original unmarked boxes: exchange or store credit, less a 15% restocking fee (25% without the original boxes). Sofas, sectionals, recliners and mattresses are final sale.
Check it before you take it
Open and inspect every box at pickup. Missing parts or a manufacturing defect? Send us photos within 60 days and we sort it out with the maker.
Warranty
One-year manufacturer warranty against defects, for home use. Wear and tear, misuse and commercial or rental use are not covered.
