The whole deal, in plain words
Everything we sell comes with a 30-day store warranty unless the item page says a different term. If it stops working within the window, bring it back with your receipt and we’ll make it right — repair, swap, or refund. Your receipt shows the exact warranty date.
The price on the tag is the price you pay. Nothing gets added at the counter — no fees, no surcharges, no surprises.
Reserve any item free from its page — we hold it for 2 days and you pay at the store. Change your mind on a free hold? No charge, it just goes back on the floor.
Put a deposit down to lock an item in, and pick it up within 48 hours. If you don’t, you forfeit 50% of your deposit as a restocking fee and the item goes back up for sale.
Pickup is free during open hours, and it’s how most people take things home. We don’t run deliveries ourselves, but ask us and we’ll recommend a driver who does — you arrange it with them directly. We do not ship.
Cash, Zelle, CashApp and Venmo at the counter. No card surcharges, no add-ons.
