DealDrops LA (“we”) runs a local appliance outlet in Los Angeles. This policy covers our website (ladealdrops.com) and the DealDrops LA mobile app.

What we collect

• Reservations: when you reserve an item for pickup we ask for your name and phone number so we can hold the item and contact you about it.
• Notifications: if you opt in to drop alerts, we store a push token for your device so we can send them. You can turn this off any time in your device settings.
• Analytics: we use basic, aggregated analytics (page views, device type) to understand how the store is used. We do not build individual profiles.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use your data for advertising or tracking across other apps and websites.
• We do not collect payment details in the app — purchases are completed in store.

Retention & deletion

Reservation details are kept only as long as needed to run the store. To have your information deleted, email us and we’ll take care of it.
