GE 30" Wall Mount Chimney Hood

This is a GE 30-inch wall-mount chimney range hood in stainless steel, meant to hang on the wall above a 30-inch range or cooktop with no cabinet above it. The hood body measures 30 inches wide, 18 1/2 inches front to back, and about 9 7/8 inches tall, with a separate chimney cover that telescopes upward to suit ceilings from roughly 7 feet 4 inches to 8 feet 10 inches. It plugs into standard household 120V power and can be set up either ducted to the outside or as a recirculating hood if you have no duct run. The four-speed blower moves up to 350 CFM on boost, and it has backlit electronic controls, dual halogen cooktop lights, a night light setting, a 15-minute auto-off, and dishwasher-safe metal grease filters. It suits a kitchen with an open wall over the range where you want a visible chimney-style hood, and it is straightforward enough for a competent DIY installer to mount.
