This is a Gourmia FoodStation (model GGA2180, Costco item 3333005), a countertop smokeless indoor grill that also works as a griddle and an air fryer. The cooking surface is 14 by 9 inches with about a 5.2-quart capacity, and it swaps between a grill grate, a flat griddle plate, and an air fry basket depending on what you're making. It plugs into a standard 120V household outlet, draws 1650 watts, and needs roughly 16 by 18 inches of counter space plus clearance for the lid to open. Features include six one-touch cooking functions, temperatures up to 510°F, a built-in smoke extractor, a glass viewing window, and an integrated temperature probe that shuts the unit off when the food hits the set doneness.
