This is a Kohler 82-liter (21.7-gallon) dual-bin step trash can in stainless steel, model K-23828, meant for kitchen use. It has two side-by-side bins, each with its own metal foot pedal and its own Quiet-Close bifold lid that slides open instead of swinging wide, so it can sit flush against a wall or cabinet run. The removable inner liner bins lift out for cleaning and take standard 13-gallon bags of any brand. It stands about 26-1/2 inches tall, just under 23 inches wide and about 16-1/2 inches deep, and needs no power or installation — set it down and it works. Useful for anyone separating trash from recycling in one spot, or for a household that fills a single can too fast.
