What we found

This is a Krowne HS-30L wall-mounted commercial hand sink, the compact space-saver style used at handwashing stations in restaurant kitchens, bars, and food prep areas. The stainless steel unit measures 12-1/2 inches wide, 17-1/4 inches front-to-back, and 13-3/8 inches tall overall, with a deep-drawn bowl about 9-3/4 inches wide by 12-1/2 inches front-to-back and 5-5/8 inches deep. It hangs on an included offset wall mounting bracket and needs no electricity, just 1/2-inch IPS hot and cold supply lines and a drain line for the 1-1/2 inch stainless drain with plastic overflow tube. It comes with a 4-inch on-center splash-mount faucet with a 4-1/2 inch double-bend spout, lever handles, and a 0.5 GPM aerator, plus a 7-3/4 inch backsplash and side splashes on the left and right to keep water off the wall. At roughly 15 pounds it is easy for one person to hang, and its narrow footprint suits tight kitchen corners, garages, workshops, or a food truck or commissary that needs a dedicated handwash sink to meet health code.
