LG DLE8400WE 7.3 CUFT

What we found

This is an LG 7.3 cu. ft. electric clothes dryer, the rear-control model that pairs with LG's top-load washers. It is a standard 27-inch-wide freestanding unit that measures about 42 3/4 inches tall and 29 1/4 inches deep, so it needs a vented laundry space plus clearance behind for the duct; allow roughly 50 inches of depth to swing the door fully open. It runs on a 240V, 30-amp dryer circuit and is ENERGY STAR certified. Features include the EasyLoad door that opens both down and to the side, AI Sensor Dry moisture sensing, a FlowSense duct-clogging indicator, lint filter indicator, a drum light, reversible door, WiFi with the LG ThinQ app, and Smart Pairing with a compatible LG washer. It suits a household that does large loads and has an existing 240V hookup and vent, and it is a straightforward match for anyone already running an LG top-load washer.
