It plugs into a standard 120V household outlet and connects to hot and cold water taps plus a drain standpipe, so no gas or 240V line is needed. Measuring 27 in. wide, 28 3/8 in. deep and 44 1/2 in. tall, it needs roughly 57 in. of clearance above the floor for the lid to open fully, which is worth checking if you plan to put it under a shelf or cabinet.
