What we found

This is a TOTO Drake two-piece toilet with an elongated bowl — the tank and bowl come as a set, and it bolts to the floor over a standard 12-inch rough-in (the distance from the wall to the center of the drain bolts). It works by gravity, so no electricity is needed; you connect it to the existing cold water supply stop with a flexible supply line and seal it to the flange with a wax ring. The bowl runs about 28-3/8 inches front to back and the tank stands about 30-1/8 inches to the top, so measure your clearance in front of the bowl before you come. It uses TOTO's siphon jet bowl with a 3-inch flush valve and a left-hand trip lever, and the elongated bowl is roughly two inches longer than a round one, which most adults find more comfortable. A seat, wax ring, floor bolts and supply line are bought separately, so plan on picking those up if you do not already have them.
