What we found

This is a Culligan bottom-load water cooler, the tri-temp convertible model sold as Costco item 1342170 (Culligan model PBBLPOU). It dispenses hot, cold, and room-temperature water from stainless steel reservoir and hot tanks, and the bottle sits inside the cabinet below so you slide a 3- or 5-gallon jug in at floor level instead of lifting it overhead; an adjustable siphon tube lets it work with shorter bottles. The dispensing area is tall enough to fill a one-liter bottle or a coffee pot, the drip tray lifts out for rinsing, and there is a UV LED that runs inside the cold reservoir. It is a freestanding floor unit that plugs into a standard grounded household outlet, and it can also be converted to run off a plumbed water line with a filter kit instead of bottles. Suited to a kitchen, office, break room, or garage where someone does not want to hoist bottles onto a top-load cooler.
