This is a Gourmia countertop automatic soft serve ice cream and frozen drink maker with a 2-quart mixing bowl. It has a built-in compressor, so there is no canister to pre-freeze; it plugs into a standard 120V household outlet and draws about 240 watts, making soft serve in roughly 30 minutes. Six one-touch presets cover soft serve, slush, spiked drinks, milkshake, frappe and sorbet, and a texture control lets you set how firm the result comes out, while a keep-cold setting holds the batch ready to dispense. The unit includes a topping dispenser with a warmer for sauces, a cone holder, a removable drip tray and a self-clean cycle. It stands about 15.6 inches tall and takes up roughly 11 by 17 inches of counter, and the manual asks for about 8 inches of clearance around it, so measure your counter before coming in.
